Sweeter than its cousin, peppermint as well as more subtle, this gentle herbal tisane is a soothing cup that makes a lovely after-dinner tonic or bedtime sipper. While we mostly bring you our Magic Hour blends, I wanted to give you access to some of the straight herbal ingredients we blend into our signature potions so you can blend & play with the botanicals in your own kitchen and tea making. This Spearmint can also be found in our Moonlight in Marrakesh blend.

Spearmint is known as garden mint and it grows like a weed in my yard here in Ojai; my daughter has spent her life picking it from the garden and eating it like candy as she has grown up and I love to add it to savory dishes and salads. The herbal tisane is a beautiful straight botanical that lends itself to making into a "mint milk" latte at night and I often add this to my Mantra Mint to chill that menthol-rich blend a bit.
